We are Team2Gether!

A non-profit organisation dedicated to enhancing the lives of local people with additional needs, those who struggle with confidence and mental health, those who struggle to access certain things within the community and those who are home schooled. From life skills, to performing arts, our offerings spread right across from day time workshops, to respite holidays both in the UK and abroad.

We work with people as young as two years old, all the way up to those later in life needing support in hospital and residential homes. Our motto is 'Empowering Every Ability'.
