We are Team2Gether!

A non-profit organisation dedicated to enhancing the lives of local people with additional needs, those who struggle with confidence and mental health, those who struggle to access certain things within the community and those who are home schooled. From life skills, to performing arts, our offerings spread right across from day time workshops, to respite holidays both in the UK and abroad.

We work with people as young as two years old, all the way up to those later in life needing support in hospital and residential homes. Our motto is 'Empowering Every Ability'.

Last night David went his first trip to the circus. He loved seeing the Pirates @hippodromegy and even tried candy floss for the first time!! ⚓️⚓️

We can offer assistance on your family holiday, or trips for individuals with a care plan in place. David’s dreams came true when Team2gether put a package together to allow him to explore Disneyland for the first time EVER. Our experienced team are ready and raring to make dreams come true with unforgettable trips that not only are fun and exciting, but also provide respite for families too! Come and get involved.
